I’m Robin. I’m 26 and live in the suburbs of Boston with my husband, a big-eared puppy, two black cats, and a river in my backyard. From break-ups to weddings, recipes to photographs, introversion to perfectionism, traveling the world to hosting a dinner party, Feather & Flint shares my story as it unfolds–and seeks to inspire you to live a life that’s true to who you are.
In kindergarten, I wanted to be a triple threat: Writer, illustrator, and archaeologist (an obvious combination). I ended up getting degrees in songwriting and psychology research; and then I embarked on a career as a writer, editor, and blog manager. As it turns out, it’s the perfect balance of creativity and analytical thinking for my overactive brain.
Things that I love, besides writing and baby animals: Wandering around cities across the world with my camera. Intensively analyzing people with my remaining psychology expertise. Throwing elaborate dinner parties with an excess of champagne and good conversation. Listening to (and occasionally making) pretty folk music. Cooking overly complicated meals and trying new restaurants. Debating existential questions in the middle of the night.
I love talking to interesting people about the things you’re passionate about, how you got to where you are now, and how we can help each other to achieve amazing things. Send me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and let’s get the conversation and collaboration going!
